Mindfulness Practice Group – Spring 2026
As MBSR courses conclude, many participants express a desire to continue their mindfulness practice with ongoing guidance and the support of community. In response to this—and following my completion of the Mindfulness Mentor Training Program with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield in 2024—I’m pleased to offer this mindfulness practice group.
The group is designed for individuals with mindfulness experience, including MBSR graduates, who are interested in deepening and sustaining their practice in a supportive setting.

Format: 8 weekly sessions

Session length: 90 minutes

Schedule: Fridays, 5:30-7pm

What to Expect
Each session will include guided mindfulness practices – some from MBSR as well as additional meditations – to support ongoing inquiry, stability, and integration into daily life. Sessions will also provide time for shared reflection, offering opportunities to learn from direct experience and one another in a respectful, confidential group setting.
The group is intentionally time-limited. Beginning and ending together helps foster a sense of safety, continuity, and trust, and allows the group process to unfold over time. Participants who find the group supportive and wish to continue may choose to join a subsequent cycle.
